c.Deliberation Simulation: AI models potential jury deliberation dynamics based on evaluated juror profiles, predicting verdict probabilities, alliances, and swing jurors.
d.Challenge Strategy: AI recommends peremptory and for-cause challenge targets based on holistic panel analysis, including Batson v. Kentucky compliance review.

2. Data Handling & Anonymization

Protecting juror privacy and attorney-client information is paramount. jurorAtlas implements the following safeguards:

✓No Data Retention: AI processing is stateless. No juror data, case details, or attorney notes are stored by the AI provider after the analysis request is completed.

Under the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), AI systems are classified by risk level. jurorAtlas's classification:

•Classification: Decision-support tool (not automated decision-making). jurorAtlas assists attorneys in evaluating juror candidates but does not make autonomous decisions about jury composition.
•Human Oversight: All AI outputs require human review and approval before any action is taken. The attorney retains full control over all jury selection decisions.
